Packaging.
While maintaining a very closer relationship with the licensor of the brand (HIT Entertainment), my team and I maintained and managed the brand guidelines of Thomas Wooden Railway ($75MM/Year toy line) and I executed the packaging design and layout for all packaging.
TWR is a high price-point toy line, so it was important for the customer to be able to see and touch the physical surface of the toy. In addition to the physical interaction with the product on shelf - the open box style helped in added more perceived value for the item. I also worked directly with our HK office to ensure that all die-lines and packaging structures were in-line with international standards.
